Before Your Session
To get the BEST results, please follow these steps:

• Drink at least 1–2 liters of water before your appointment

• Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior

• Eat light (do not come on a full heavy stomach)

• Wear comfortable clothing

• Avoid lotions or oils on the treatment area

• Use the restroom before your session

What to Expect During Your Session
Your session is non-invasive, relaxing, and pain-free. Depending on your treatment, you may experience:
