Consultation Information

Why a consultation is important, what to expect, and what's required to book.

Why a Consultation Matters

Everyone has a different body type, different skin elasticity, different body goals, and because of that reason it is very important to schedule a consultation before you book your session. Why? Because no 2 goals are the same — some may need more of a lymphatic massage, some may just need to tone, some may need skin tightening. During your consult I will see what service will be the best option for you. Also, you will feel and see results with one session, but one session IS NOT a permanent result. In order to have something more permanent, I suggest investing in a package.

Hydration & Compression

It is crucial to drink water and wear compression during your time here. In order to rid toxins and drain everything in your system, water will help filter everything out through your lymphatic system. If you are not drinking water or wearing faja I cannot guarantee results. Please make sure to drink water prior to your appointment and at least 4 bottles of water after.

Payment & Deposits

Vagaro will keep your card on file, but WILL NOT CHARGE YOU. It will only charge if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours. Otherwise I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or Cash. I DO NOT accept credit cards because of past complications I had with prior clients. Payment will be made after session is complete.

$50.00 is due at the time of the consult to be added to calendar — it will go towards services. (This is not a consult fee, this is a non-refundable cancellation fee.) If you decide to cancel service the $50.00 is non-refundable.

Packages

When choosing a package (6 sessions) you are required to complete it in a 2-week time span, which is explained during consult. No more than 4 days in between each session — for best results treatments are best if kept as consistent as possible. If you are late for an appointment it will be forgiven (ONLY ONCE). After 1 missed appointment a cancellation fee will be asked for, as well as 50% the service fee for the hour wasted. If you miss back-to-back sessions, contract for package will be broken and a $100 fee will be paid for breaking contract. If you break the contract money is non-refundable. Depending on the payment option of your package, cancelling appointments "same day" will result in a $25 cancellation fee that has to be paid in order to continue the package.

Lateness & Cancellations

Life happens and lateness and cancellations are sometimes expected. Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. After 15 mins lateness the session will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled, because you will not be able to complete the session for your best results.

Client Acknowledgements

  •  I understand that $50.00 is due at the time of booking my service (doesn't include consult cost of $25.00) and is a non-refundable fee if I decide to cancel my service.
     

  • • I understand that appointments are booked back to back, and I must be on time to my appointment.
     

  • • I understand if I am late (before 15 mins), I will have a shorter session.
     

  • • I understand that if I am 15 mins late, my appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
     

  • • I understand that 2 no-call no-shows will result in termination of a client.

  • • I understand payment options.
     

  • • I understand all cancellation fees must be paid via ZELLE or VENMO.
     

  • • I understand that when booking an appointment I will do my best to keep that appointment without rescheduling.
